An unofficial summary of facts (addresses, types, units, scaling) from the maker's manual. Not affiliated with the maker; values can differ by firmware or model. Always check the device manual before writing (run commands, settings).
Default communication
| Protocol | Modbus RTU |
|---|---|
| Baud (factory) | 9600 bps — options: 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400 |
| Data · parity · stop | 8 · None · 1 |
| Slave ID (factory) | 1 (1~127) |
| Manual address style | 40001/30001 style (wire address + 1, first digit = table) |
- The manual writes '40001 (0000)': PLC number plus hex wire address in brackets. Wire address = bracket value. Evidence: FC01 example p.32 (PDF 30) reads coils 00001-00005 from 0x0000; map p.35-41 (PDF 33-39).
- Defaults: station 1, 9600 bps, no parity, response wait 20 ms, communication write inhibit ON (p.31, PDF 29). Stop bit fixed 1, data 8 bits (p.12, PDF 10).
- With write inhibit (CWP) ON, writes get an exception reply — turn CWP OFF on the front panel first (p.31, p.34).
- Supported FCs: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 16 (p.30). Data count shown as FC03 'n = 1-16', FC04 'n = 1-13', FC16 'n = 1-16' (p.33-34).
- Minimum response wait depends on speed: 2400 bps 16 ms, 4800 bps 8 ms, 9600+ 5 ms (p.31).
Registers (30)
«Wire» is the 0-based address in the request frame (PortDock's «0-based» notation). Value = raw × scale. Table: HR holding register, IR input register, CO coil, DI discrete input. Function codes in hex.

Notes
- 32-bit values (batch PV, PV, SV1, SV2, batch SV) span two registers, but the manual does not state word order. No order given — verify on a device.
- Communication is only on models whose auxiliary-output code is 'C' (selection guide p.10-11).
- 32-bit values (31002 Batch PV, 31004 Present value (PV), 40001 Set value 2 (SV2), 40003 Set value 1 (SV1), 40005 Batch SV) are left out because the manual does not state the word order — confirm it on a real unit first.
Read it with PortDock
- Install the free PortDock Modbus Master and connect with the device's settings.
- On the table toolbar, «Device profile…» → pick this device → «Load». Polling tables, names, types and the Slave ID are filled in (optionally the serial settings too).
- Names carry the unit and scale (e.g. «×0.01 Hz»). Values on screen are raw — multiply by the scale.
- To test your program without the device, PortDock Modbus Slave's «Emulate device…» serves the same map with example values.
